We tell you up front what is in scope and what isn't. We self-perform all of the concrete and masonry ourselves. For the trades around it - framing, roofing, electrical, and plumbing - we'll point you to people we'd hire ourselves, and you'll know exactly who is doing what.

    You get the full scope in writing before any work starts - no vague handshake deals.
  • Concrete and masonry, self-performed
    Forming, pouring, finishing, and the masonry are all done by our own crew, not subbed out.
  • Permits and inspections
    We pull the permits and schedule inspections on the concrete work - that's our job, not yours.
  • No surprise change orders
    A change order only happens if the scope actually changes, and you approve it first.
  • Other trades, referred
    For framing, roofing, electrical, or plumbing, we refer trusted trades we'd hire ourselves.
