Why the diagnosis matters
Concrete cracks, settles, and spalls over time, and a slab or wall that is moving will keep moving. Smear some patch over the surface and it looks fixed for a season, then the crack comes right back through.
We find what is actually going on first - is the base washed out, is the foundation settling, is water getting in and freezing. Then we repair the real cause: filling and sealing cracks the right way, resurfacing spalled concrete, and addressing settling and foundation issues so the fix holds.
